31. What is a supplement?

A supplement is similar to an amendment, except that a supplement adds missing information that was excluded from the previously filed petitionA formal written request presented to a court which asks for some form of relief, such as a Petition to Probate a Will, or a Petition to Determine Title to Property.. A supplement should be prepared in the same manner as an amendment.
